Pamela “Pam” Maslowski, 65, Whiting, the wife of the first Portage County executive, died Sunday, March 10, 2013, while at the House of Dove Hospice Center in Marshfield after a battle with breast cancer.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Stevens Point, with the Rev. Thomas Petersen officiating. Burial will be at the St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Shuda Funeral Home in Plover from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and at the church from 9 to 9:45 a.m. Thursday

Mrs. Maslowski was born Feb. 9, 1948, in Racine, a daughter of the late Evan and Betty (Olson) Good Jr. She attended Racine Horlick High School.
She was married in Racine and had three daughters. She moved to Stevens Point in 1978 and began her career at Sentry Insurance, where she worked for 20 years.
She was married to Mark Maslowski on Aug. 12, 1989, at Trinity Lutheran Church.
After leaving Sentry, she became a certified nursing assistant and worked at St. Michael’s Hospital for 3 1/2 years, before joining Younkers department store, where she worked until her retirement.
Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Janet (Paul) Eberhardy, Vikki (Larry) Volkert, and Lisa (Andy) Scott; two sons, Corey (Marie) Maslowski and Todd Maslowski; two sisters, Judy (Bill) Alexander, and Dawn (Tom) Mutter; three brothers, Evan Good III, Rodney (RaeAnn) Good, and Steven (Dolly) Good; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
