Kathleen Rae (Maher) Johnson, 62, Wisconsin Rapids, who formerly worked in Stevens Point, died Friday March 8, 2013, at University Hospital in Madison.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Ritchay Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids, with the Rev. Bill Beaton officiating. Burial will be at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Baraboo.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 9:30 a.m. Wednesday until the services.
Mrs. Johnson was born July 6, 1950, a daughter of the late James and Dolores (Cannon) Maher.
She was married to Jerry J. Johnson.
She was employed for many years at First Financial (now Associated Bank) in Stevens Point.
She was a published writer.
Survivors include her husband; one daughter, Jamileen (Dustin) Riley, Oconomowoc; two sisters, Mary and Jean Maher, both of Wisconsin Rapids; one brother, Mark Maher, Wisconsin Rapids; and three grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one sister, Patricia Lessig.
