Chesterine T. Stremkowski, 81, Amherst, died Friday, March 8, 2013.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the St. Mary of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Fancher, with the Rev. Jude Dioka officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Jungers-Holly Funeral Home in Amherst from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, with a rosary service at 7 p.m. and at the church from 10 a.m. Tuesday until the Mass.

Mrs. Stremkowski was born Oct. 22, 1931, a daughter of the late Isadore and Frances (Konkol) Patoka.
She was married to Edmund Stremkowski on June 24, 1950. He preceded her in death.
Survivors include one daughter, Jane (Jerry) Karpinski, Stevens Point; three sons, Jerry (Judi), Amherst Junction, Jeffrey (Sue), Stevens Point, and Steven (Valerie), Amherst; two sisters, Virginia Dombrowski, and Margaret Dean; three brothers, Clifford Patoka, Raymond (Lucille) Patoka and Daniel (Bonnie) Patoka; 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.
