Sylvia J. Lind, 91, Stevens Point, died March 4, 2013.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Boston Funeral Home, with the Rev. Steven Olson officiating.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 9 a.m. Friday until the service.
Memorials may be made to a charity of one’s choice.

Mrs. Lind was born Nov. 8, 1921, in Plover, a daughter of the late Elmer and Mary (Simonds) Topping. She grew up in Plover and attended the local school.
She was married to Carl Lind on July 19, 1941, at Buena Vista United Methodist Church. He preceded her in death.
She assisted local families with domestic care in her earlier years and was later employed with Tucker Photography. After her marriage, she was homemaker. As her children grew, she decided to go back to work at Sears Roebuck retail and catalog before becoming employed as an office clerk with the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association, where she worked until retiring.
Survivors include one daughter, Carole Lind, Stevens Point; two sons, Richard (Iris), Wausau, and Eric (Leslie), Thomasville, Ala.; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters.
