Erv Lepak, 77, Rhinelander, a town of Buena Vista native and the brother of two Stevens Point women, died unexpectedly on March 1, 2013. He was an organ and tissue donor.
Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 15, at the Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church/St. Joseph’s site in Rhinelander.
Visitation will be at the Carlson Funeral Home in Rhinelander from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, March 14, and at the church from 9:30 a.m. Friday, March 15, until the services.
The family would like to establish a memorial in his name to benefit Rhinelander student athletics. Contributions may be directed to the family.

Mr. Lepak was born April 22, 1935, in the town of Buena Vista, a son of the late Alois and Lucille Lepak. He grew up and attended school in Stevens Point.
He was married to Judy Hawke 57 years ago.
They lived in Stevens Point until they moved to Rhinelander in the late 1960s.
He was employed by Rhinelander Office Supply for more than 35 years.
Survivors include his wife; one son, Kim, Pecatonica, Ill.; three daughters, Kay (John) Huebner, Anchorage, Alaska, Karalyn (Patrick) O’Melia, Rhinelander, and Kerry (Michael) Neimon, Delafield; three sisters, Marilyn (Eddie) Levandowski and Judy (Dan) Kawleski, both of Stevens Point, and, Kathleen (Jeff) Bauer, Mondovi; and eight grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by one brother, Bobby.
