Jack L. Gruba, 87, Stevens Point, died Thursday, Feb. 28, 2013.
Mr. Gruba was born June 19, 1925, in Stevens Point, a son of the late Robert and Margaret (White) Gruba.
He enlisted in the U.S. Army and served in the Korean War from 1950 to 1952.
He was married to Yvonne Faye Buckmaster on May 3, 1954, in Dubuque, Iowa.
Survivors include his wife; one daughter, Cindy Sue Mace, Stevens Point; three sons, Robert (Gina), Big Pine Key, Fla.; Randal (Julie), Hayward; and Rick (Susan), Iola.; one brother, Joseph, Stevens Point; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by three sisters, Delores Liebe, Kathryn Giese and Jean Waldoch; and two brothers, John and Greg.
