Dona Mae Konz, 79, Stevens Point, died Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013, at home after a lengthy illness.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Stephen Catholic Church, with the Rev. Jerzy Rebacz officiating. Burial will be in Guardian Angel Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Sunday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Boston Funeral Home and at the church Monday from 9 a.m. until the service. A rosary will be prayed at the funeral home Sunday at 7 p.m.

Mrs. Konz was born Oct. 1, 1933, in Chicago, the daughter of the late Edward and Ethel O’Connell.
She graduated from Aquinas Dominican High School in Chicago in 1951.
She was married to Kenneth W. Konz on Nov. 24, 1955, in Chicago. He preceded her in death.
She and her husband were former co-presidents of Birthright. She was involved with the Stevens Point Homemakers and her bridge club for many years.
Survivors include five daughters, Karen M. Konz, Plover, MaryAnne (Carroll) Vizecky, Freeman, S.D., Peggy A. Rojo, Downey, Calif., Patty J. (fiancé Billy Green) Konz, Boston, Va., and Cynthia J. (Jon Roraff) Konz, Durango, Iowa; four sons, David W. (Karen), Eau Claire, Don W., Wisconsin Rapids, Daniel J. (Doreen), Custer, and Bob P. (Deanna), New Hope, Minn.; siblings, Roe (Jim) Hallinan, Leesburg, Va., Miriam O’Leary, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Donald O’Connell, Chicago, and Marilyn Goebel, Crawfordsville, Ind.; 12 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Edward O’Connell Jr. and Robert O’Connell, and one aunt, Grace Thrailkill.
