Marilyn Koziczkowski, 76, Stevens Point, died Sunday, Feb. 24, 2013.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Bronislava Catholic Church in Plover, with the Rev. Jim Trempe officiating.
Visitation will be at the church from 9:30 a.m. Friday until the Mass.
Mid-Wisconsin Cremation Society assisted with arrangements.
Mrs. Koziczkowski was born Nov. 19, 1936, a daughter of the late Roman and Christian (Phillips) Mayek.
Survivors include her husband Richard; two sons, Rick and Kyle (Tracey), both of Stevens Point; two daughters, Lisa (Wayne) Martin, Missouri, and Tami (Tim) McCarville, Custer; three sisters, Romana Chick, Jeanette Mayek and Audrey Zurawski; and nine grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one brother, Roman Mayek Jr.; and two sisters, Thersa Schiebe and Marcine Wilkinson.
