Flora C. Reid, 99, Plainfield, a longtime teacher, died Friday, Feb. 22, 2013.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 3, at Leikness & Stahl Funeral Home in Plainfield, with Lois Scott officiating. Inurnment will be at Plainfield Cemetery in the spring.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 1 p.m. Sunday until the service.

Mrs. Reid was born Oct. 15, 1913, in Plainfield, a daughter of the late Allen Benjamin and Effie May (Baldwin) Elliott.
She was married to Ora Reid on Feb. 20, 1932, in Illinois. They divorced on Aug. 28, 1952, in Waushara County.
She was a school teacher for several years. She taught school locally and in Union Grove, and for 10 years in the state of Alaska where she taught in five Eskimo villages until her retirement.
Survivors include two sons, Robert, Huntingdon, Tenn., and Phil, Wautoma; one daughter, Marirose (Don Sr.) Hilpipre, Plainfield; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one son, Dick; one daughter, Juanita McDowell; five brothers, Ray, Frank, Justin, Kirk and Carl Elliott; two sisters, Ann Botsford and Belva Gustin; her former husband; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
