William Herman Newell, 89, Stevens Point, died Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013, while vacationing in Green Valley, Ariz.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in Stevens Point.
Survivors include his daughter, Janet (Jim) Carter, Stevens Point; two sisters; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte.
