Robert M. White, 77, Stevens Point, died Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013, at Ministry St. Michael’s Hospital.
A celebration of life, for family and friends, will be held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, at Big Hunchies Roadhouse in Stevens Point. Military Honors by the U.S. Navy and American Legion Post 6 will be performed at 4 p.m.
A memorial will be established in his name.

Mr. White was born April 13, 1935, in Chetek, a son of the late Malcolm and Eleanor (Blood) White. He entered the U.S. Navy on Aug. 7, 1952, in Madison, and was honorably discharged, at the rank of Seaman, Oct. 5, 1956, in San Diego, Calif. He earned the National Defense Service Medal.
He was married to Carlotta “Kay” Havey on June 21, 1957, in Madison. She died Nov. 9, 1991. He was then married to Janet Milanowski on May 25, 1992, at St. Casimir Catholic Church in the town of Hull.
He worked as a draftsman for Joerns Healthcare in Stevens Point.
Survivors include his wife; one son, Don (Liane); two daughters, Jacci and April White; four step-sons, Dan (Pam) Pundsack, Robert (Rosie) Pundsack, Michael Lepak and Wayne (Yolanda) Lepak; four step-daughters, Vicki (Larry) Hintz, Lynn (Brian) Keuntjes, Connie (Mark) Kaminski and Sara (Troy) Richmond; one brother, Don White; two sisters, Marjean Dahlgren and Sandy Bucholtz; 34 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by one son, Brian; one step-son, Daniel Lepak; and one grandson, Eric Kowalski.
