Jessie Gerard, 85, Arborwood Lodge, Wisconsin Rapids, a former Plainfield resident, died Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013, at Riverview Hospital in Wisconsin Rapids.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Sunday at Leikness & Stahl Funeral Home in Plainfield.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 9 a.m. Sunday until the services

Mrs. Gerard was born Sept. 14, 1927, in the town of Springfield in Marquette County, a daughter of the late Alvin and Alta (Bishop) Mussey.
She was married to Carl R. Gerard on June 2, 1944, in Coloma.
She farmed for many years in the town of Plainfield in Waushara County. She worked at Marge’s Café and the Plainfield Truck Stop, as well as Melk’s Glad Farm.
Survivors include two daughters, Carla (Dave) Kedrowski, Washburn, and Mary (Roy) Urban, Wisconsin Rapids; three sons, Charles “Chuck,” Hiawatha, Iowa, Dennis (Brenda), Wisconsin Rapids, and Raymond (Laura), Plainfield; numerous grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was also preceded in death by two daughters, Jane Ann and Cheryl Conley; two sisters, Edna Mae Schronk and Alice Mularkey; and two grandchildren.
