Richard C. Singer, 77, town of Hull, died Friday, Jan. 25, 2013, at his home, while under the care of Ministry Home Care-Hospice Services.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary Catholic Church in Torun, with the Rev. Greg Michaud officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Visitation will be at the church from 9:30 a.m. Tuesday until the Mass.

Mr. Singer was born Feb. 7, 1935, in Custer, a son of the late Joseph and Bertha (Grulkowski) Singer.
He served in the U.S. Army from Dec. 4, 1957, to Dec. 3, 1959, as a wheeled vehicle mechanic; and again from Oct. 1, 1961, to Aug. 3, 1962, in general supply. He was honorably discharged, at the rank of Specialist 4th Class, at Camp McCoy on Nov. 30, 1963, having earned the Good Conduct Medal.
He was married to Andrea Richter on Nov. 24, 1962, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Galloway.
Mr. Singer worked at USS Agri-Chemicals for 25 years and later retired from Worzalla Publishing in 1998.
Survivors include his wife; four daughters, Renee (Jerry) Brzezinski, Janet (Craig) Hintz, Lori (Don) Feltz and Melissa (Travis) Fletcher; two sons, Greg (Holly) and Rick; two sisters, Delores Garski and Henrietta Hintz; one brother, Norbert (Loretta); 18 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by five brothers, Lawrence, Connie, Leonard, Robert and Louie; and one sister, Rose Domka.
