Pamela A. Booth, 51, Plover, died Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013, in Cortez, Fla.
A memorial service will be held in Plover this spring.
Memorials in her name may be sent to the Wisconsin Rapids Humane Society or any local hospice provider.
Mrs. Booth was born Dec. 29, 1961, in Milwaukee, a daughter of the late Dorothy Minta.
She was married to Todd Booth on Dec. 31, 1991.
She worked in the hospitality industry and in 1990 she purchased Club Forest Bar in Plover. Working with her husband, they expanded the bar and transformed it into a place well known in the area as a family destination.
Survivors include her husband; one sister, Larea Minta; and her stepfather, Dave (Diane) Mozuch.
