Jean E. Boelter, 91, Plover, formerly of Almond, died Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013, at Maple Ridge Memory Care in Plover.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 30, at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Almond, with the Rev. Brian Roehrborn officiating. Interment will be in the Almond Village Cemetery at a later date.
Visitation will be at the church from 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 30, until the service.
Memorials in her name should be given to Heartland Hospice.

Mrs. Boelter was born Sept. 22, 1921, in Almond, a daughter of the late Raymond and Opal (Bennett) O’Keefe.
She was married to Raymond Boelter on Oct. 31, 1942, in Almond. He died on Sept. 9, 2001.
She cooked for the Almond-Bancroft School System for many years.
Survivors include one daughter, Mary Kay (Joseph) Helbach, Stevens Point; one son, Richard, Almond; one sister, Katherine Lea, Plover; and one granddaughter.
She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Neal, Dale and Ray; and two sisters, Myrna and Helen.
