Gerald “Jerry” Brezinski, 75, Stevens Point, died Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013, at his home, while under the care of Ministry Home Care-Hospice Services.
A celebration of life visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Shuda Funeral Chapel in Stevens Point.
A memorial will be established in his name for Ministry Home Care-Hospice Services.

Mr. Brezinski was born Sept. 26, 1937, in Stevens Point, a son of the late Henry and Zella (Scribner) Brezinski. He graduated from St. Norbert High School in De Pere in 1955, and returned to the area where he worked with the family business, Brezinski Motors. He a bachelor of science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 1970.
He was married to Mary Ann Soik on Jan. 24, 1961, in Stevens Point.
He taught elementary school for 27 years in the Tri-County School System in Plainfield, retiring in 1998.
He was a member of Elks Lodge 641.
Survivors include his wife; one daughter, Cherie (Patrick) Ranfranz, Cameron; one son, Eric, Green Bay; one brother, James (Elizabeth), Wausau; and one granddaughter.
He was also preceded in death by one brother, Philip.
