A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Ladislaus Catholic Church in Bevent, with the Rev. Augustine Bentil officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Visitation will be at the church from 9 a.m. Wednesday until the Mass.
A memorial in his name will be established at a later date.

Mr. Betker was born July 14, 1924, in the town of Alban, a son of the late Victor and Marcianne (Cychosz) Betker.
He was married to Apolonia “Pauline” Wierzba on Aug. 23, 1947, at St. Ladislaus Catholic Church in Bevent. She preceded him in death.
The couple lived in Milwaukee for a time where he worked at Maynard Steel and Phister-Vogul. They moved to Shantytown in 1954 and began farming, during which time he also worked at Leo Hoppa Jr.’s Aluminum Foundry and Consolidated Construction. They farmed until 1994, when they retired and their son took over the family farm.
Survivors include one son, Daniel (Rita); four daughters, Lorraine (Paul) Theisen, Carol (John) Wojcik, Diane Pliska and Janice Laskowski; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by an infant son, Ronnie; four brothers, Ben, Hubert, Ray and Leo; six sisters, Sadie, Verna, Clara, Cecelia, Vicki and Margie; and one son-in-law, Thomas Laskowski.
