Carlene Greta Lee, 80, died Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012, in Stevens Point, due to complications associated with Alzheimer’s disease.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 3, at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Stevens Point. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Visitation will be at the church from 9:30 to 11:15 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 3.
Donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, the Fisher Center for Alzheimer’s Research Foundation or the charity of one’s choice.

Mrs. Lee was born Jan. 8, 1932, in Iola, a daughter of the late Carl and Gertrude Swenson. She graduated from Deaconess Hospital with a nursing diploma.
She was married to Robert E. Lee in 1953. He preceded her in death.
She was employed in her earlier years at St. Michael’s Hospital, followed by a long nursing career at Rice Clinic and St. Michael’s Hospital as a surgical nurse.
She was actively involved with the Catholic Church of St. Stephens as well as various other community activities.
Survivors include three sons, Chris, Wyocena, Thomas, Indianapolis, Ind., and Lt. Col. (P) David (Kelly), Fairfax, Va.; one daughter, Carol Green, Burnet, Texas; one sister, Janice Clapp; 10 grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
She was also preceded in death by one son Robert Jr.; one sister, Marie Lindholm; and one brother, Merlin Swenson.
