Mildred Marie Voelker, 96, Stevens Point, died Thursday, Dec. 20, 2012.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 27, at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Stevens Point. Interment will be in St. Mary Catholic Church Cemetery in Pittsfield, Ill., on Friday, Dec. 28, in the early afternoon.
Visitation will be at the church from 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 27, until the Mass.
A memorial in her name will be established at a later date.

Mrs. Voelker was born Oct. 16, 1916, in Hanover, Kan., a daughter of the late Chris and Anna (Meerian) Koppes. She received her elementary and high school education through the Hanover, Kan., school system.
She was married to Carl Joseph Voelker on June 1, 1942, at Seven Dolors Catholic Church in Manhattan, Kans. He died in 1993.
They lived in Pittsfield, Ill., where she assisted her husband in his veterinary practice.
They were longtime members of St. Mary Catholic Church of Pittsfield, Ill.
She moved to Stevens Point following his death.
Survivors include one son, Gary (Shirley) Voelker, Centennial, Colo.; three daughters, Judy (John) Picconatto, Stevens Point, Sharon (Carl) Zahner, Tallahassee, Fla., and Yvonne (Gary) Moore, Jacksonville, Fla.; one sister, Loretta (Joseph) Neville; 14 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one brother, Ed Koppes; three sisters, Agnes (William) Lowe, Marjorie (Ralph) Brown and Marcella (Les) Gravatt, and one granddaughter.
