Erin R. Lockhart, 37, Stevens Point, died Thursday, Dec. 20, 2012.
Private family services were held. Burial was in Forest Cemetery in Stevens Point.
A memorial will be established in her name at a later date.

Ms. Lockhart was born Sept. 27, 1975, in Stevens Point. She graduated from Pacelli High School in 1993.
Survivors include her mother, Deborah Melchionda, Tucson, Ariz.; one daughter, Morgan Lockhart, Stevens Point; her grandmother, Betty Fosso, Stevens Point; and two aunts, Patricia (Claron) Suchowski and Linda Fosso, both of Stevens Point.
