Caroline Teresa Patoka, 89, an Amherst Junction native, died Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2012, at Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Menasha, with the Rev. Robert Konkol officiating. Inurnment will be in St. John Cemetery in the town of Menasha.
A memorial gathering will be held at the church from 10 a.m. Saturday until the Mass.
A memorial will be established.

Mrs. Patoka was born Nov. 4, 1923, in Amherst Junction, a daughter of the late Peter and Dora (Trzebiatowski) Konkol Sr.
She was married to Stephen Patoka Sr. on Feb. 9, 1946, at St. Mary of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Fancher. He died on March 3, 2004.
She was active with St. John the Baptist Catholic Church and School in Menasha. For just about 40 years, she served lunch at the school. She was also involved with the church festivals and the Rosary Society.
Survivors include two daughters, Linda (Larry) Patoka-Jahsman and Kay Patoka; three sons, Nick, Glenn (Cheri) and Steve Jr.; two brothers, Jerome Konkol and Peter (Pat) Konkol Jr.; two sisters, Elsie Bauer and Lorraine Binter; six grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by three brothers, infant Robert, Hubert (Leona) and Sylvester Konkol.
