Bonnie L. Lila, 47, Plover, died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012, at Ministry St. Michael’s Hospital in Stevens Point, following a battle with cancer.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Pisarski Community Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Plover. Burial will be in Plover Cemetery at a later date.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 9:30 a.m. Thursday until the services.
A memorial in her name will be established at a later date.

Mrs. Lila was born Jan. 3, 1965, in Stevens Point, a daughter of the late Raymond and Bernice (Kurzinski) Wayerski. She attended local schools and graduated from Stevens Point Area Senior High School in 1983.
She was married to David W. Lila on March 9, 2002, in Plover.
She worked for the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in the food service department, and most recently was employed with the Stevens Point Area School District.
Survivors include her husband; one daughter, Jessica (special friend Joey Konkol) Lila, Bancroft; one stepson, John M. Lila, Stevens Point; four sisters, Shirley (Ron) Hertel, Milladore, Diane (special friend Alan Yach) Feltz, Rosholt, Tina (Ernie) Feltz, Stevens Point, and Janis (fiance Larry Ramczyk) Klismith, Custer; three brothers, Wayne (Carolyn), Junction City, Kenneth (Cindy), Clintonville, and Dale (Angela), Custer; three stepbrothers, Bob (Lori) Boris, Birnamwood, Peter (Mari) Boris, Stevens Point, and Jeff (Renee) Boris, Amherst; seven stepsisters, Carol (Tony) Firkus and Patti (Jerry) Worzalla, both of Plover, Sherry (Tom) Janiszewski, Sandy (Bob) Williams, Deb (Perry) Piotrowski and Mary (Emmy) Danielski, all of Stevens Point, and Ann Boris (special friend Russ), Plainfield; her father- and mother-in-law, David and June Lila, Plover; and one grandson.
She was also preceded in death by her stepmother; and one stepbrother, Daniel Boris.
