Bruce David Knutson, 59, Hayden, Idaho, a Stevens Point native, died Thursday, Nov. 22, at his home.
A tribute to his life will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, at Renée’s Red Rooster in Stevens Point.
Mr. Knutson was born July 17, 1953, in Stevens Point, a son of the late Willard and Violet Knutson. He graduated from P.J. Jacobs High School in 1971.
He was married to Debbie Konkol. They later divorced.
He worked for Soo Line Railroad, and later moved to Hayden, Idaho, where he hunted and fished in the mountains and streams of northern Idaho.
Survivors include two brothers, Brad (Mel), Florida, and Brody (Deb), Wisconsin Rapids; two sisters, Brook (Rick) Knutson, Stevens Point and Brenda (Steve) Schmidt, Wisconsin Rapids; his stepmother, Connie Knutson, Stevens Point; one stepsister, Carlin Rasmussen, Wisconsin Rapids; and his former wife.
He was also preceded in death by one brother, Brian; and one stepbrother, Mark Chapley.
