Mae R. Kroll, 87, mother of a Plover woman, died Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Most Blessed Sacrament Parish in Oshkosh, with the Rev. Jim Jugenheimer officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Oshkosh.
Visitation will be at Seefeld Funeral Home in Oshkosh from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday and at the church from 9:30 a.m. Monday until the service.
A memorial in her name will be established.

Mrs. Kroll was born Aug. 7, 1925, in Oshkosh, a daughter of the late George and Rose (Koeck) Hannes.
She was married to Walter Kroll on Jan. 8, 1944, in Oshkosh. He preceded her in death.
She was a member and former president of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary, Ladies Aquinas Club, Patriotic Council, Woman’s Auxiliary to the M.O.C. (Cooties) and the Disabled American Veterans’ Commanders Club.
Survivors include two sons, Wally (Linda), Waupaca, and Keith, Plainfield; two daughters, Cindy (Ernie) Anthes, Plover, and Debbie (Larry) Gauger, Twin Falls, Idaho; 12 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Robert (Mary) and Walter (Mary) Hannes; and a special friend, Paul Myers.
