William H. “Billy” Kohnen III, 42, Wisconsin Rapids, brother of an Almond woman, died Sunday, Nov. 4, 2012, at Ministry St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield, following complications of neurofibromatosis.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Wisconsin Rapids, with the Rev. John Steiner officiating. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park Wisconsin Rapids.
Visitation will be at Ritchay Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and at the church from 10 a.m. Wednesday until the services.
Memorials can be designated to Opportunity Development Center, St. Vincent de Paul Church or to a charity of one’s choice.

Mr. Kohnen was born July 28, 1970, in Wisconsin Rapids, a son of William Kohnen Jr. and the late Carol (Smith) Kohnen.
He was employed at the Opportunity Development Center, West Grand IGA and at the Chalet.
Survivors include his father, William (Bette); one sister, Nicole (Jason) Ellis, Almond; one stepbrother, Kraig Kauth, Clintonville; one stepsister, Kristin Kauth, Las Vegas, Nev.; one niece; two stepnephews; and one stepniece.
