Perry W. Ward, 87, Amherst, died Monday, Oct. 22, 2012.
A Funeral Mass will be held at noon Saturday at St. Mary of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Fancher, with the Rev. Jude Dioka officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be at the church from 10 a.m. Saturday until the Mass.

Mr. Ward was born Nov. 4, 1924, a son of the late Victor and Flossie (Fox) Ward.
He was married to Eugenia Lepak on Nov. 4, 1944, in Custer.
He ran the family farm in the Amherst area for most of his life.
Survivors include his wife; one daughter, Sandy (Ray) Boileau, Weyauwega; two sons, Robert (Bernadette), Ulysses, Kansas, and Thomas (Paula), Manitowoc; 11 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by one daughter, Patricia Urfer; three brothers; and three sisters.
