Lisa A. Welty, 50, Stevens Point, died unexpectedly Monday, Oct. 22, 2012, at her home.
A memorial service was held Saturday at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Stevens Point, with Pastor Tom Petersen officiating.
Visitation was at the church Saturday.

Ms. Welty was born Jan. 5, 1962, in Berwyn, Ill., a daughter of the late Robert and Marla (Hemp) Welty.
She moved to Stevens Point in 1985 and worked at Jungs Garden Center and Hancock Fabrics. She was currently working in the accounts receivable department at Ministry St. Michael’s Hospital, a position she had held since 1997.
Survivors include two brothers, Doug Welty, Clever, Mo., and Tim (Karla) Welty, Mount Sinai, N.Y.
