Diane Kitowski, 81, Stevens Point, died Monday, Oct. 1, 2012, at her home.
No public services will be held.

Mrs. Kitowski was born May 3, 1931, in Stevens Point, a daughter of the late Emil and Irene (Mrozinski) Pionke. She graduated from P.J. Jacobs High School in Stevens Point in 1949.
She was married to William Kitowski on May 7, 1949, at St. Peter Catholic Church in Stevens Point. He died in 1971.
She worked as a nurses’ aide at the Portage County Health Care Center for 13 years. She also worked as a waitress at restaurants in the area, including the Red Mill, where she teamed with her twin sister as the “Babba Twins.”
Survivors include three daughters, Sharon (Richard) Blaskowski, Linda (Mike) Mijal and Tammy (Janet Franzen) Kitowski; three sons, William Jr., Patrick and Tim; one sister, Audrey Koehler; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Emil and Dick; one grandson; and one daughter-in-law, Dixie Kitowski-Laskowski.
