A judge will determine Friday, Sept. 28, if enough evidence exists to put three Portage County residents on trial for Social Security fraud of nearly $175,000.
Delores Disher, 69, her husband, Ronald, 71, both of Almond, and her brother, Charles Jost, 66, were arrested Wednesday, Sept. 5, after deputies went to the home of Jost at 3658 Alm Road in the town of Amherst to conduct a welfare check on his mother, Marie D. Jost, 100, and Theodore J. Jost, 74, who also supposedly resided there.
