Dorothy A. Pawlowski, 83, town of Linwood, died Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2012, at Ministry St. Joseph’s Hospital is Marshfield.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Peter Catholic Church in Stevens Point, with the Rev. Arul Joseph V. officiating. Burial will be in the St. Bartholomew Parish Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the church from 9 a.m. Friday until the Mass.

Mrs. Pawlowski was born Feb. 2, 1929, in Stevens Point, a daughter of the late Theodore and Regina (Cooper) Ceplina. She graduated from Maria High School in Stevens Point.
She was married to Felix Pawlowski on Nov. 20, 1948, at St. Peter Catholic Church in Stevens Point. He died in 1999.
The couple settled in the town of Carson until 1955 when they moved to the town of Linwood.
She worked at the Telephone Company before marriage, followed by employment at Sentry Insurance and the Stevens Point Area School District. She retired in 1993 from her position at Stevens Point Area Senior High School.
Survivors include two sons, Richard (Linda), Plover, and John, Nekoosa; one daughter, Marcia (Jerry) Ceresero, Rosholt; five grandchildren; one stepgranddaughter; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Elizabeth and Mona; and two brothers, Edward and Alois.
