Deloris M. Nelson, 82, Stevens Point, died Monday, Sept. 24, 2012, at the Portage County Health Care Center in Stevens Point, while under the care of Ministry Home Care-Hospice Services.
A funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. Friday at Boston Funeral Home in Stevens Point, with the Rev. Roger Moldenhauer officiating. Burial will be in the St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery in Stevens Point.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 6 p.m. Friday until the service.

Ms. Nelson was born March 30, 1930, in Stevens Point, a daughter of the late Maurice and Alvina (Williams) Peterson. She grew up and went to Iola-Scandinavia schools.
She worked for Surge Dairy Farm Equipment and Vetter Window Mfg. as an assembly line worker.
She was married to Norman Nelson in June of 1951. They later divorced.
She was a member of the Moose Family Center.
Survivors include one daughter, Mary (Robert) Bouillion, Stevens Point; one son, LeRoy (Jeri), Stevens Point; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Barbara; one son, Donald; and one brother.
