The 10th annual ARTS (A Reason To Shop) Night will be held Tuesday, Oct. 2, from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Hotel and Convention Center, 1001 Amber Ave., Stevens Point.
Attendees will have an opportunity to socialize and purchase artwork from local artists while supporting the Women’s Fund of Portage County.
“It’s fun. It’s low key. People won’t find the array of items like this anywhere, in one place, at one time,” said Joan North, a member of the Women’s Fund Board and one of the event’s participating artists. “It’s also a chance for people to support charities supporting the causes of women and children.”
