Lois Morgan, 85, King, formerly of Amherst, died Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2012, at the Wisconsin Veterans Home in King.
A memorial service was held Monday at Jungers-Holly Funeral Home in Amherst, with Pastor James Scott officiating. Burial was in Sheridan Village Cemetery in the town of Farmington in Waupaca County.
Visitation was at the funeral home Monday.

Mrs. Morgan was born Jan. 9, 1927, in Red Lodge, Mont., a daughter of the late John and Ethal (Peddler) Falzbot.
She was married to Lea Morgan on May 1, 1946, in King. He preceded her in death.
She was a member of United Methodist Church in Amherst where she taught Sunday school. She was also a 4-H leader.
Survivors include three sons, Donald and Harold (Taffy), both of Amherst, and Larry, Almond; one daughter, Leanne (Bruce) Richie, Derry, N.H.; seven grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one sister, Carmen Penny; two brothers, John Earl Falzbot and Bill Falzbot; and two grandsons.
