Norbert M. Felhofer, 85, Marshfield, father of a Stevens Point man, died Sunday, Sept. 9, 2012, at the House of The Dove in Marshfield, while under the care of Ministry Home Care-Hospice Services.
A private memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. John Catholic Church in Marshfield, with the Rev. Sam Martin as officiating. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Marshfield.
Memorials may be given in his name to the House of The Dove in Marshfield.

Mr. Felhofer was born Dec. 16, 1926, in the town of McMillan in Marathon County, a son of the late John and Elizabeth (Merkel) Felhofer.
He was married to Phyllis D. Essex on May 14, 1951, at St. John Catholic Church in Marshfield.
He was employed as an accountant at Central Cheese and then as the comptroller at V&H until his retirement in 1990.
He was a lifelong member at St. John Catholic Church in Marshfield.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, John (Natalie), Little Chute, and James (Diane), Stevens Point; two daughters, Jane (David) Cooper and Julie Felhofer, both of Marshfield; two sisters, Violet Wenzel, Marshfield, and Doris Ripple, Menomonee Falls; and five grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by one brother, Eugene; and two sisters, Betty Jane Felhofer and Irene Luther.
