Linda Faye Scott, 64, Stevens Point, died Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012.
Private family services were held Friday, Sept. 14, in Stevens Point. They will also be held at a later date in Minnesota.
Mid-Wisconsin Cremation Society of Mosinee assisted the family with arrangements. Condolences may be offered online at www.mwcs.ws.
Ms. Scott was born June 25, 1948, in Mississippi, a daughter of the late Eddie Scott Jr. and Sarah Lee “Wilson” Scott.
Survivors include three sons, Tyrone Kerney and Rico Scott, Minnesota, and Montel Scott, Stevens Point; five daughters, Taretta “Arnold” Vaughn, Telisa Scott, Tisha Scott and Theresa Scott, all of Minnesota, and Eugenia Williams, Stevens Point; four brothers, Sam Wilson and Larry Scott, both of Texas, Charles Scott, Minnesota, and George Hoskins, Missouri; and four sisters, Bonnie Scott-Sams, Brenda Scott, Sally Scott-Boyd and Betty Scott McKinley, all of Minnesota.
She was also preceded in death by one brother, Steven Scott; and two sisters, Mary Aron and Alsandra Scott.
