Barbara B. Mohr, 75, Plover, died Saturday, Sept. 1, 2012, at Ministry St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield.
Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association or the Humane Society of Portage County.

Mrs. Mohr was born May 23, 1937, in Minneapolis, Minn., a daughter of the late William and Phyllis (Healey) Joyce. She graduated from St. Margaret’s Academy in Minneapolis, Minn., in 1955.
She worked as a secretary in many different offices during her life.
She was married to John Johnson in 1959.
She was married to Arthur Mohr in 1980.
They moved to the Stevens Point area in 1987 where she worked as a home health aid.
She was a foster grandparent for first-graders in Stevens Point area schools.
Survivors include one son, Douglas Johnson, Stevens Point; one daughter, Sheila (Timothy) Close, Riverside, Calif.; one brother, William Joyce, Maryland; one sister, Sharon (Andy) Greenshields, Minnetonka, Minn.; four grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
