Colette Anne Lloyd, 73, Plover, died Thursday, Aug. 9, 2012, at her home, following a battle with breast cancer and while under the care of Ministry Home Care-Hospice Services.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Stevens Point, with the Rev. Tom Lindner officiating. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery in Stevens Point.
Visitation will be at the church from 10 a.m. Saturday until the service.
A memorial has been established at Ministry Hospice or St. Michael’s Hospital Oncology Department.

Mrs. Lloyd was born March 6, 1939, in Chicago, Ill., a daughter of the late Edmund and Margaret (Mingo) Rutkowski. She grew up in LaGrange, Ill., and graduated from LaGrange High School.
She was married to Richard Lloyd on June 25, 1966, at St. Cletus Church in Countryside, Ill. He preceded her in death.
They moved to the Stevens Point area in 1977.
She worked for Sentry Insurance as an account executive for several years.
Survivors include one brother-in-law, Brian (Marcia) Lloyd, Brookfield; one sister-in-law, Mary Jane (Lawrence) Horwitz, Wilmette, Ill.; and a special cousin, Ann Louise (Thomas) Pinkawa, West Chicago, Ill.
She was also preceded in death by one brother.
