Matthew J. Zblewski, 43, Amherst, died Friday, Aug. 3, 2012.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at St. James Catholic Church in Amherst, with the Rev. Robert Pedretti officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Visitation will be at the church from 9 a.m. Tuesday until the Mass.
A memorial has been established in his name.

Mr. Zblewski was born April 1, 1969, in Stevens Point, a son of Anthony and Ramona (Loecher) Zblewski. He attended and graduated from Amherst High School.
He was married to Jennifer “Jonny” Yeska on April 5, 1997, at St. James Catholic Church in Amherst.
He worked for the village of Plover.
He was a member of St. James Catholic Church in Amherst.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Devon and Chad, both of Amherst; his parents, Amherst; two brothers, Mike (Jodi), Amherst, and Mark, Markesan; and his parents-in-law, Richard and Jo Ann Yeska, Wild Rose.
