Adeline J. Barrows, 84, Stevens Point, died Thursday, Aug. 2, 2012, at the Portage County Health Care Center in Stevens Point.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Stevens Point, with the Rev. Jerzy Rebacz officiating. Burial will be in Guardian Angel Cemetery in Stevens Point.
Visitation will be at Boston Funeral Home in Stevens Point from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, with a rosary at 7 p.m., and at the church from 9 a.m. Tuesday until the Mass.
Memorials may be made to St. Stephen Catholic Church.

Mrs. Barrows was born Sept. 12, 1927, in Stevens Point, a daughter of the late Henry and Helen (Klish) Przekurat. She grew up in the Stevens Point Area, attended St. Peter Elementary School and graduated from St. Joseph Academy High School.
She was married to Allen Barrows on Sept. 8, 1951, at St. Peter Catholic Church in Stevens Point. He died on July 7, 2011.
Following high school, she began working for Sentry Insurance as a receptionist, continuing to work there for more than 40 years. She also worked with her husband, helping manage and cook at the Pal Restaurant until 1967 when it closed.
She was a member of the Elks and Harmonia clubs.
Survivors include one sister, Theresa Bukolt, Stevens Point, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by one sister, Alice; and two brothers, Eugene and Emil Przekurat.
