Patricia A. Clendenning, 72, Stevens Point, died unexpectedly Wednesday, July 11, 2012, at Ministry St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield after suffering a fall.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Stevens Point, with the Rev. Dennis Stanchik officiating. Burial will be in Restlawn Cemetery in Wisconsin Rapids.
Visitation will be at the church from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. Saturday.

Mrs. Clendenning was born Aug. 27, 1939, in Stevens Point, a daughter of Alex Shudarek and the late Josephine (Orlas) Shudarek. She graduated from St. Joseph Academy (Maria) in Stevens Point in 1957.
She was married to Donald Clendenning on Nov. 25, 1961, at St. Peter Catholic Church in Stevens Point.
She worked at Beltone Hearing Aid Center and later at Copps Corp. until her retirement. Survivors include her husband; one daughter, Carleen (Dan) O’Connell, Rudolph; one son, Scott (Rachel), Stevens Point; her father, Star Lake; two brothers, Alex (Sheri) Shudarek and Joe (Pam) Shudarek; one sister, Linda (Dave) Meronek; five grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
She was also preceded in death by one infant brother, Harold Shudarek.
