Russell J. Niemczyk, 47, Plover, died Saturday, July 7, 2012, at Ministry St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 12, at the Shuda Plover Funeral Home in Plover, with the Rev. Lynne Oswald officiating.
Visitation will be at the funeral home Thursday.

Mr. Niemczyk was born Aug. 24, 1964, in Stevens Point, a son of MaryAnn (Hintz) Niemczyk and the late Richard Niemczyk. He graduated from Stevens Point Area Senior High School in 1982.
He worked for Peterson Concrete Co., Lewis Construction Co. and most recently at Johnson Bros. Beverage Co.
Survivors include one son, Jonathon (fiancé Melissa Biely) Gollon, Plover; one daughter, Nicole Gollon, Plover; his mother, Plover; two brothers, Rick (Mary), Stevens Point, and Randy Niemczyk, Plover; two sisters, Tina (Jim) Jaggar, Stevens Point, and Tonya (Steve) Holmes, Wisconsin Rapids; and many nieces and nephews.
