Mary E. Gabor, 87, Custer, died Wednesday, July 4, 2012, at her home.
A Funeral Mass will be held Saturday at St. Ladislaus Catholic Church in Bevent, with the Rev. Ted Lewandowski officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Visitation will be at the church Saturday.

Mrs. Gabor was born March 1, 1925, in Custer, a daughter of the late Matthew and Clara (Brychell) Schulist.
She was married to Raymond Gabor on Oct. 21, 1944, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Polonia. He died on Nov. 15, 1986.
The couple settled in Milwaukee and returned to the town of Bevent and farmed on his parents’ homestead.
She was married to Edwin Gabor on Nov. 25, 1989.
She was a member of the St. Ladislaus Rosary Society.
Survivors include her husband, King; two daughters, Diane (Dennis) Hintz, Custer, and Karen (Gary) Shurbert, Plover; one son, Mike (Carol), Middleton; two brothers, Tony (Rita) Schulist, Stevens Point, and Joseph (Joan) Schulist, California; three sisters, Sister Patrice Schulist and Harriet (Francis) Wysocki, both of Custer, and Patricia (Anton) Dobrauc, Nebraska; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Rose; one son, Allen; two brothers, Benny and Dominic Schulist; and one sister, Ann Omernik.
