Bryan W. “Bubba” Polzin, 42, Stevens Point, died Tuesday, July 3, 2012, at his home.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 14, at Leikness & Stahl Funeral Home in Plainfield, with the Rev. David Liestra officiating.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 9 a.m. Saturday until the services.
A memorial has been established in his name for United Methodist Church of Plainfield.

Mr. Polzin was born Oct. 30, 1969, in Madison, a son of Douglas and Anita Polzin. He graduated from Tri-County Area High School in Plainfield in 1988.
He was a musician who wrote many of his own songs and played in a local band.
Survivors include his parents, Plover; two sisters, Lori (David Zortman) Polzin, Plover, and Kathrine Polzin, Victor, Idaho; one brother, Scott (Candi), Plainfield; a special friend, Sonia Ramon; and nieces and nephews.
