Evelyn D. Zblewski, 88, Plover, died Saturday, June 9, 2012, at North Ridge Assisted Living Center in Stevens Point, while under the care of Ministry Home Care-Hospice Services.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Bronislava Catholic Church in Plover, with the Rev. James Trempe officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Visitation will be at the church from 8:30 to 10:15 a.m. Wednesday.

Mrs. Zblewski was born April 28, 1924, in Plover, a daughter of the late Johanna (Krutza) and Joseph Firkus Sr.
She was married to Dennis D. Zblewski on Oct. 23, 1943, at St. Bronislava Catholic Church in Plover. He died on Aug. 10, 1973.
She was married to Robert Bachmann on June 1, 1984. He died on Sept. 7, 2002.
She was a 50-year member of the St. Bronislava Rosary Society, and was also a longtime member of the American Legion Auxiliary.
Survivors include two daughters, Judith (William) Mercer, Stevens Point, and Bonita (James) Adamski, Plover; two sons, Roger (Millie) and Frederick (Kathy), both of Plover; one brother, Lloyd (Ramona) Firkus, Stevens Point; two sisters, Barbara (George) Czerwonka, New Berlin, and Irene Sankey, Plover; 11 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
She was also preceded in death by six sisters and three brothers.
