John F. Logan, 87, Stevens Point, died Friday, June 8, 2012, at Ministry St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Pisarski Community Funeral Home in Plover. Burial will be in Plover Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 9:30 a.m. Tuesday until the services.

Mr. Logan was born Jan. 8, 1925, in Chicago, Ill., a son of the late Ignatz and Mary (Zdanowich) Logan.
He was a World War II veteran, serving in Germany with the U.S. Army from 1945 to 1947.
He was married to Edith Morris on July 15, 1944, at Immaculate Catholic Church in Butternut.
He worked for various lumber companies in Park Falls and Milwaukee, and also worked at a crane manufacturer as a welder building overhead cranes.
Survivors include his wife, Wisconsin Rapids; one son, Robert (Darlene), West Allis; two daughters, Mary Ann Wunder, West Allis, and Susan May Granac, Wausau; one brother, Walter, Minnesota; one sister, Olga Gurin, Chicago Heights, Ill.; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
He was also preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
