Frances G. Gaebel, 84, West Bend, mother of a Stevens Point woman, died Tuesday, June 5, 2012, at Cedar Lake Community Care in West Bend.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Beste Funeral Home in Mosinee, with the Rev. Gloria Stubitsch officiating.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and from 10 a.m. Saturday until the services.
Mrs. Gaebel was born Aug. 23, 1927, in Niles, Ill., a daughter of the late Gustave and Astrid (Hansen) Franson.
She was married to Frank Gaebel on June 21, 1947, in Chicago. He died on Oct. 26, 2001.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include two sons, Scott, Slinger, and Robert (Linda), Milwaukee; one daughter, Kim Ganser, Stevens Point; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by four sisters.
