Lorraine “Lori” Chojnacki-West, 49, Stevens Point, died Thursday, April 19, 2012, at Ministry St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 26, at St. Mary of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Fancher, with the Rev. Ted Lewandowski officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Visitation will be at Jungers-Holly Funeral Home in Amherst from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and at the church from 10 a.m. Thursday until the Mass.
Mrs. Chojnacki-West was born Feb. 9, 1963, in Stevens Point, a daughter of Leonard and Elizabeth (Kropidlowski) Chojnacki.
She was married to James West Sr. on Feb. 14, 2011, in Stevens Point. He preceded her in death.
Survivors include one son, Chris (Rachel) Sankey, Stevens Point; three daughters, Kelly (Carmen) Sankey, Stevens Point, Rebecca (Langston) Myers, St. Martinville, La., and Veronica Sankey, Custer; her parents, Amherst Junction; three sisters, Carolyn (Mark) Lepak and Valerie (Leonard) Herek, both of Custer, and Julianne (Scot) Martin, Amherst Junction; two brothers, Ralph (Sara) Chojnacki, Stevens Point, and Lorin (Peggy) Chojnacki, Amherst; and eight grandchildren.
