Jeffrey J. Koziczkowski, 43, Milladore, died Sunday, April 22, 2012 at his home.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Shuda Funeral Chapel in Stevens Point, with Deacon Richard Rozumalski officiating. Burial will be in Guardian Angel Cemetery in Stevens Point.
Visitation was scheduled to be held at the funeral chapel from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, with a Bible vigil at 7 p.m., and from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Friday.
A memorial will be established in his name.

Mr. Koziczkowski was born April 3, 1969, in Edgerton, a son of Ronald and Sandra (Lucas) Koziczkowski. As a child he moved with his family to the Stevens Point area, where he graduated from St. Stephen Elementary School and in 1987 from Pacelli High School. He later earned a bachelor’s degree.
He began his career at the Marshfield Clinic as a food safety/zoonotic technologist and has traveled the U.S. in his 14 years with the clinic. He also had several of his research works published.
He was married to Heidi Bair in 1990. They later divorced.
He was Norlie Torcuato in 1998. They later divorced.
Survivors include two daughters, Winter and Madeline Koziczkowski; his parents, Milladore; two sisters, Kim (Fred) Freeman, Hartford, and Jenny (Todd) Rozumalski, Stevens Point; one brother, Mike (Angela), Milladore; and his paternal grandmother, Sophie Koziczkowski, Stevens Point.
He was also preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Archie and Irene Lucas; his paternal grandfather, Henry Koziczkowski and one cousin, Dawn Lucas.
