Agnes Dushack, 59, Sun Prairie, a Stevens Point native, died Monday, April 23, 2012, at Agrace HospiceCare Inc. in Fitchburg.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary Catholic Church in Sun Prairie, with Monsignor Duane Moellenberndt and the Rev. Douglas Dushack officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Visitation was scheduled to be held at the church from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, with a rosary at 6:30 p.m., and from 10 a.m. Friday until the Mass.

Mrs. Dushack was born May 20, 1952, in Stevens Point, a daughter of the late Anton and Martha (Sikorski) Trzebiatowski. She graduated from Amherst High School in 1970 and received an associate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point (UW-SP) in 1976.
She worked at UW-SP and transferred to Madison and continued to work for the UW-Extension. During her time in Madison she worked for 12 years at St. James Catholic Church in Middleton.
She was married to Dennis Dushack on May 14, 2005, at Sacred Hearts Catholic Church in Sun Prairie.
Survivors include her husband; three brothers, Adolph Trebiatowski, Brookfield, DeLloyd (Rita) Trebiatowski, Almond, and Casimir (Germaine) Trebiatowski, Stevens Point; and one sister, Elizabeth (Edmund) Wysocki, Germantown.
She was also preceded in death by one sister, Antoinette Zywicki.
