Sister Mary Leocadia Brzozowski, 95, a Sister of St. Joseph of the Third Order of St. Francis for 70 years, died Tuesday, March 13, 2012, at St. Joseph Motherhouse in Stevens Point.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph Motherhouse Chapel, with the Rev. Dennis Stanchik officiating. Burial will follow in the convent cemetery.
Visitation will be held at the chapel from 9:30 a.m. Friday until the Mass, with a rosary prayer service at 9:30 a.m.
Memorials may be offered to the Sisters of St. Joseph of the Third Order of St. Francis.

The former Sophie Brzozowski was born May 14, 1916, in Hofa Park, a daughter of the late Joseph and Catherine (Osiewalski) Brzozowski.
She was received into the novitiate of the community on Aug. 5, 1941, and professed perpetual vows on Aug. 10, 1948. She served as a convent homemaker and gardener for 39 years, locally at St. Stanislaus Convent, St. Peter Convent and the St. Joseph Motherhouse. She retired in 1984 at the motherhouse, where she offered supportive services.
Survivors include her nieces and the Sisters of St. Joseph of the Third Order of St. Francis.
